ABOUT CHANA ROSS
I am a business and life coach, pelvic floor physiotherapist, clinic owner, mother of 4, and a recovering perfectionist. Believe me when I say that I know a thing or two about time management!
I have learned the hard way that the way we have been taught how to be successful in life doesn't actually lead to success and that we need to rethink how we show up in order to actually live the life of our dreams. We are conditioned to lead 'busy' lives with the idea that our worth is directly tied to our productivity and output.
For so long, I confused ‘busy’ with 'productivity'. That only led to burnout, disappointment, and disconnection with my family and purpose.
