From Struggling broadway actress to CEO Today I am joined on the podcast by perinatal fitness expert, Jessica Sennet. Jessica began her career in New York City where she pursued acting roles on Broadway. Her love for fitness grew while she was in New York, which led her to get certified as a fitness trainer and start training clients on the side. After 10 years of living in New York, Jess and her family moved back to Ontario. where she is on a mission to help women feel strong, and confident in their own skin, no matter where they are in their motherhood journey. Through breath work, proper core mechanics and form progression, Jessica helps women feel strong and capable no matter where they are in their motherhood journey. As a mom to 2 little boys herself, she understands the pressures and challenges that motherhood can bring and is dedicated to giving her clients all the tools they need to continue doing the exercise they love while pregnant, in postpartum recovery and then beyond. We dove deep and chatted about: How to overcome guilt when transitioning careers The importance of building a network The importance on levelling up your qualifications The importance of pivoting in business and life Connect with me: Website: https://chanaross.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chanarosspt/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/vitalphysiotherapytoronto Connect with Jessica Sennet: Website: https://mightymom.ca/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mightymomjess/ Facebook: https://m.facebook.com/mightymomtoronto/
