Proactively Building a Safe and Welcoming Workplace

In this week's episode I am joined by my lifelong friend, Rahel Bayar. After spending many years as a sex crimes and child abuse prosecutor, and a managing director of the sexual misconduct division of a global investigative company, Rahel made the realization that creating safe spaces is crucial and very rarely a "one size fits all" approach. She created The Bayar Group, servicing large corporations to create safety within them - bridging the gap between best practices and policies. Rahel shares her audacity by connecting with parents, organizations, and everyone in between to use her experiences to help fuel her desire for a safer world. By acknowledging the importance of creating balance within her personal and professional life, Rahel has been able (and will no doubt continue to) create some good in a time that often feels very not good, and is very hard to navigate. We chatted about: →Setting energetic boundaries →Using rituals to stay grounded →Coming to your work whole → And more! Find Rahel on Instagram @rahel.bayar or on Twitter @thebayargroup
